About the Role

You will have responsibility for, but not be limited to :

  • Proactively manage administrative functions for the Executive Director and Director, including diary management, preparation of accurate and high-quality correspondence and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings with a wide range of clients, assisting with activities such as agenda preparation, minute taking, and meetings packs.
  • Set priorities and monitor work flow to ensure timely completion of follow-up actions and responses.
  • Assist with various business support activities, including booking travel, providing assistance with human resources and financial processes.
  • Assist with reporting on project progress and resource requirements, tracking actual spend against forecast, and engaging with other internal teams in relation to project governance requirements.
  • Proven capability and experience in providing high-quality executive support through well-developed organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and preparing correspondence, including quality assurance, receipting and tracking requests, and utilizing appropriate guidelines and templates.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with document management software and financial management systems
  • Effective collaboration skills and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Collaborates effectively and works well in a team environment.
