Due to exciting growth within our Marketing team, we are pleased to have created a new position for a Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role you will assist with the data management and analysis of our key platforms, which include Google Analytics and Tag Manager. You will draw on data provided from Salesforce, Intercom, Autopilot, Segment and Heap Analytics. You will be able to analyse qualitative data from our platforms and report on trends, strategies, and competition aiming at increasing competitiveness. Key responsibilities :

  • Build dashboards to analyse and report on sales funnel metrics
  • Measure performance of online campaigns
  • Report on marketing KPI's, such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
  • Recommend website and campaign optimisations
  • Research and implement marketing tools
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
  • Scope and Brief changes to our customer platforms
  • Assist with conversion tracking, implementing tags in GTM and advanced Google Analytics filters

To be successful you will have the following skills and attributes :

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role. 3-5 years is preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of Digital Marketing (SEM, SEO Analytics)
  • Experience in a SaaS business would be preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce and marketing automation tools
  • Expertise with excel and SQL
  • Degree in Marketing or similar field
  • High organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and achieve deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience with Tableau, Periscope, or similar BI analytical tools
