Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes: Support Worker Positions available for both New Entrant & Experienced applicants  Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rates from $28.01- $30.60p/h + 11% super Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients Tweed Heads South NSW location  Key Requirements: Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19  Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 6pm between Monday to Friday Minimum 12 months experience and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support ideal but not essential Your New Role: Help At Home: such as cleaning, laundry & meal preparation Safety Practices:  such as safe manual handling & driver awareness  Client Awareness: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support Client Support: Assisted dressing or supervising daily hygiene Social & Wellbeing: accompany clients to appointments & outings Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings Experienced Applicant Tasks Only We welcome applicants that have experience and/or a qualification as a  Disability Support Worker Assistant in Nursing (AIN) Community Services worker  Bachelor of Nursing Students Benefits:  Stable roster & opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs Fully supported and paid induction program Additional paid leave days Career Development Employee Discounts on Australian Unity Products  Maxxia Rewards Discounts Choose a career in Aged Care that is rewarding, in demand and where you can make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
