Day-to-day you will be working with our HSEQ management system – The Bridge – where you will gain exposure across the enterprise and be an invaluable member of the team providing solutions to problems, improvements, and enhancements. Working together with SME, IT Leadership Team, Project Managers and Architects, you will leverage your IT expertise to uncover business needs, translate them into actionable IT requirements, and deliver solutions that drive positive business outcomes. Responsibilities Seek opportunities for change and solutions for business improvement. Consult key leaders within the business and ensure information documentation, analysis and recommended improvements are provided to generate the expected efficiencies. Act as a conduit between the business and IT to facilitate work requests, projects and to address escalation requests. Support the transition to IT operation / business service teams - ensure all handover documentation & procedures are covered for transition to production. Collaborate with technical and business teams to manage system updates and changes including testing and user roll out activities as required. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related discipline – essential. Experience in a similar role with knowledge of business processes in the areas of Risk, Audit, Incident and Audit management is desirable. Experience with business analysis software tools including but not limited to MS Project, JIRA, Visio, Confluence, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel). Confident analytical and problem-solving skills.
