ABOUT OUR CLIENT Located only 120km from Mackay, our client is one of Australia's largest coal producers, who operate open cut and underground coal mines. Our client is a responsible miner of coal with a track record of excellence in environmental management. Hail Creek is a producer of both hard coking and thermal coal, using a Truck and Shovel operation. They are a community driven enterprise with investment in local communities such as Mackay, Nebo and Sarina. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Seeking experienced Excavator and/or Shovel Operators with proven experience operating CAT 6040, Hitachi 5600 Excavators and/or O&K 340 and P&H 4100 Shovels. You will be working 12.5 hour shifts on a 7/7 rotating roster. These are ongoing roles and are available for residential and DIDO/BIBO candidates. Camp and meals with leading facilities provided. WHAT YOU WILL NEED Previous mining experience operating Excavators and Shovels You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.
