A great opportunity to join Emjay Products / Gaska Tape Australia based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. We are a one-stop shop for packaging, adhesive and specialty tapes. Australian owned and operated business founded in 2003. In this fast paced role you will be an integral part of the team, working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the business. You will have the opportunity to use your expertise handling a wide range of internal and external customer order and dispatch requirements. We offer full training in both product knowledge and our accounting system. This is a full time role, working 5 days onsite. There is great potential for future growth within the organisation. Key Responsibilities include:- Processing of customer sales orders & action enquiries received by internal and external customers Monitoring stock levels to respond to queries relating to deliveries and movements interstate. (stock transfers) Liase with dispatch, purchasing, sales managers providing up to date information Maintain database relating to ship to addresses and customer requirements Processing eftpos machine and related transactions. Assist customer service team leader in daily tasks To be successful in this role:- Knowledge of packaging industry advantageous Highly organised & the ability to multitask Exceptional communication & admin skills Polite and articulate Proficient in Microsoft Office - excel, word & outlook (emails) If you are looking for a challenging and supportive role in a dynamic company we encourage you to apply.
