This is an autonomous role for an ambitious individual looking to continue a career in the building management industry for a luxury resort. You will be given every opportunity to showcase your incredible ability to manage the daily functions of Building Management, while being given the flexibility to choose your days/hours if required!! Day to day tasks will involve but not be limited to:- Day to day management of this luxury resort with 50 suites Ensuring the building is maintained in pristine condition by providing regular checks of each floor of the apartment complex regularly and reporting on any issues with cleaning and other third party providers Liaising with tradespeople and coordinating building maintenance via third party contractors Assistance with processes and procedures, and upholding them to the highest standard Ad Hoc duties Maintaining a high level of professionalism and pride in your role - this is an opportunity to make it your own and help this company grow Monday to Friday in office hours, however this can be flexible for the right candidate The right candidate... Handpicking the best staff for this site, we are looking for someone with outstanding personal presentation who is bubbly, switched on, efficient, and wanting to continue their career in Building Management. A great attitude, strong work ethic and a desire to succeed are qualities of key importance. Candidates who hold a QBCC licence are preferred, or a trade, however are not a requirement. The right candidate will also encompass a skillset covering basic maintenance skills.
