Payroll Customer Relations Officer

We at Chandler Macleod are internally seeking a Payroll Customer Relations Officer to handle internal and external candidate/branch communications accurately and promptly. This role also involves coordinating candidate services, managing external agency reporting, and providing valuable payroll information to branches and stakeholders. Part-time, Permanent 4 days a week (either the Monday or Wednesday off) Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 2 days from home Key Responsibilities: Manage, investigate, and resolve payroll queries in a timely manner. Proactively identify, manage, and resolve problems in a timely manner to minimise work delays. Support the Payroll Manager and Payroll Customer Relations Team Leader in delivering fully functional Payroll Customer Relations activities. Required Skills/Experience: Strong customer service experience Experience working in a payroll processing group (preferred) Knowledge of payroll and superannuation legislation (preferred) Strong communication skills Ability to problem solve and demonstrate resilience.
