Our client wants an entry-level administrator to grow with the team and eventually grow into a Strata Manager. You will be responsible for: Support two strata managers Sending out building updates & communications to tenants Preparation of AGM'S & ECM'S Handling administrative duties related to the manager's portfolio Reading, interpreting, and understanding the relevant legislation.
