Send your responses to jobs@softtestpays.com Overview This a key role across the agency providing technical leadership for the ongoing enhancement of the core technology platforms that support the scheme systems. Working with the business this role will be responsible for solution architecture across the Scheme domain. Working with the Enterprise Architects, relevant business SMEs and the scheme development team and solution leads the Scheme Domain Architect will ensure all solutions within their domain are both technically robust, secure, accessible, and provide the best fit for the business, aligning to both the business and technology strategies and roadmaps. Duties Deliver high quality solution architectures that are fit for business purpose and align solutions with Agency goals and objectives. Help Develop and ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture reference models, principles, policies, standards and strategic ICT roadmap. Engage with the business to understand the tactical & strategic objectives and requirements. Engage with the enterprise architects, solution leads, business representatives, development team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure solution alignment across domains. Provide technical oversight and facilitate complex issues resolution arising during project delivery. Ownership and accountability for leading and producing the delivery of coherent technical solutions across the domain. Represent the domain throughout all Governance Councils. Every application requires to address selection criteria as part of application submission. Essential Criteria Minimum 10 years of Architecture experience with broad technical knowledge, including demonstratable experience leading the design of complex enterprise class platforms. Experience leading and driving the architectural design for Enterprise class CRM and/or large scale integration projects, with Salesforce experience preferred. Excellent listening, communication and stakeholder management skills, must be able to translate business capability into technical requirements. Experience balancing project and program, project and organisational goals, as well as tactical and strategic drivers. Act as the business conduit into the ICT function for design and requirements resolution. Desirable Criteria Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification Industry experience across health or insurance sectors, or other related industries with large customer bases and complex supply chain interactions. TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification; Azure or AWS cloud experience Previous experience as Enterprise Architect, Programme Lead Architect as well as experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments.
