You will be Managing a high-end residential apartment building based in the City.About you: You will bring your professionalism and experience to manage the day-to-day building operations. A proactive approach to maintaining the asset with pride.Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure the resident experience is paramount.Build and sustain tenant and stakeholder relationships.Manage any capital works and upgrades, inc review and renewal of service agreements.Review and administer operational procedures to ensure exceptional quality of service.To be considered for this role:Demonstrated experience in facilities, building management operations, or contractor & compliance management.A trade certificate or a tertiary qualification in building management or similar will be highly regarded.Proficient in written communication and the use of the Microsoft suite is required.Exceptional presentation and communication skills are essential.Experience managing mixed-use properties.Thorough understanding of strata.If you are seeking your next career move, this excellent opportunity awaits!What you can expect from us:You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
