Job Description About the role Due to continued growth in our Regional team, an opportunity has become available for a Regional Team Leader. This role can be based from either Newcastle or Orange/Central West. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Leading and coaching a team of Consultants  Overseeing the team's performance and quality  Exploring new opportunities and growth areas Mentoring and training junior staff members Providing advice and coaching on case management practices, whilst also managing a case load of your own. Identifying Return To Work barriers and, designing, implementing and monitoring those programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required. We don’t hold you back Opportunities to work in over 80 locations in Australia Ongoing flexible working arrangements – you’ll be equipped to manage your own time Tap into wider career opportunities of the broader group Career planning and mentoring program Work is a journey, not a destination More than a job – join social impact teams Professional Development study options Paid Parental leave Assistance with CPD requirements Financial Incentive programs to reward you for your hard work Qualifications What you'll bring to the role: Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehab Counselling  Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence and ability to travel for work At least 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation; Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees; Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments; Ability to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals; and Proven organisation and time management skills.
