To be involved in this sector is to know we’re supporting our customers and provide the most valuable services to those in society that need that help.    Our Nightingale team is proud to work for our organisation.    About the Role:       Our project workload is growing rapidly, and we require a new Project Manager to be responsible for assisting with implementing our Care Management software with new customers. The goal of this role is to implement our software in partnership with our customers, ensuring a benefit to both parties and an engaged, capable and readied customer team.    Key aspects of the role include: Ensure successful Customer Scoping and Onboarding/Implementations with responsibility for: Managing all concurrent projects for new and existing customers Guiding all scoping workshops and working with other CS team members to develop the associated Implementation Plans Leading, managing and being ‘hands on’ with the larger and more complex implementations as the dedicated project manager and liaising with your CCO as project sponsor Diligently documenting, change, pricing, scheduling and implementing customer requested new software features Lead the negotiation of issues/variations with Customers re Implementations Managing project timesheets from the consultants including the monitoring of hours/budgets and the associated reporting and proactivity with internal and external stakeholders About You:  We are looking for someone who is; Showing at least 3 years' experience in significant software implementations Has demonstrable experience in managing their projects with the added complexity of concurrent projects running side by side Is punctual, professional, resourceful and excellent with time management, detail, followup and action delivery Familiar with the concepts of utilisation in the professional services sense and focused on this within the customer services sense of project delivery; and Most of all, is a superior communicator & stakeholder manager (proactively) Essential Criteria: PMP or PMBOK project management certifications including demonstrated skills in strong documentation capability, including project plans, status reports, milestone signoffs etc Minimum 3 years of SaaS / ERP software implementation experience, with at least 5 demonstrable implementations managed end to end Disability Services or Care Industry experience highly regarded Experienced to a proficient level in project management software tools such as Microsoft TEAMS & Project, Trello, or JIRA Demonstrably strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in the context of both the sector (customer stakeholders) but also with internal teams and colleagues including examples of where the strong relationships with Customer stakeholders have held your project in a strong position for delivery Demonstrated skills and awareness in planning, executing and managing time against a large number of concurrent projects at any one time – inclusive of system and process to manage the scope, project plan timeline, timesheets submitted by Consultants and the Customer side deliveries  Benefits: You will be rewarded with being part of a rapidly growing, dynamic Perth and Melbourne based organisation that is servicing clients across the country.
