Adelaide, SA About the Role As an Employer Support Consultant, you will make a difference in the lives of stakeholders that have recently secured employment by delivering ongoing support through phone, email and SMS. You will use your wit and charm to build and maintain relationships with our stakeholders . This role is being offered on a full time basis on a fixed term 11 month contract.  You may be required to work a roster between the hours of 8am – 7:30pm Monday to Friday. Need unique hours? We might be able to accommodate so please ask! You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice. About You To be successful in these roles you will be able to: Demonstrate experience in administration or customer service, with Employment Services Industry experience desirable; Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to engage on the telephone with diverse customers who require support with sensitive and emotional matters; Demonstrate excellent administration skills, attention to detail and computer literacy; Demonstrate strong written communication skills; Proven ability to multi-task, you will be required to work across various IT systems whilst maintaining telephone contact; Demonstrate experience in understanding complex administrative procedures and ensure clear communication of these requirements is undertaken for a diverse range of customers; Demonstrate experience working to targets and KPIs; Demonstrate your ability to learn new systems quickly; and Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also be required to: Hold a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services, Career Development or willing to obtain; Have experience in an inbound or outbound contact centre environment or Employment Services. Remuneration A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience.
