The Administrative register covers roles that are engaged in the provision of administrative support services to University staff and students, and sometimes to the wider public. Generally, the following fields would exist in this register: Administration Executive support  Customer service Service desk/contact centre  Broad role-specific capabilities include: Expertise in administration Expertise in utilising technology Working productively in a high-pressure environment Following instructions and procedures Applicants will be matched with positions that align with their qualifications, skills and capabilities.
