About the role The purpose of this role is to provide a high level, quality, accountable, consumer focused Social Work service to consumers within Forensic cure Services. There is an expectation the role will work within the variety of program areas in Forensic cure Services, actively contribute to service improvement activities, ovide supervision to less experienced practitioners. About you Our ideal cte will be someone who can demonstrate the following: - Routine clinical social work practice with a broad underst within continuum of care in the context of Forensic cure Services. Ability to exercise high level interpersonal mmunication skills including the ability to provide clinical leadership vice to multidisciplinary teams develop partnerships in service delivery. Ability to initiate, plan aluate service improvement initiatives ovide clinical supervision to less experienced practitioners. Ability to maintain respect for others, remaining flexible, fair lling to compromise when dealing with team members.
