Our experienced team of Vendor Replenishment Planners/Integrated Supply Planners are based at Coles Tooronga, and represent multiple brand owners. We help to deliver effective replenishment to the Retailer's Distribution Centres and ensure smooth end to end supply as well as giving the supplier an additional voice within the retailers' business. About the role: Reporting to our VRP Manager, this position acts as the interface between Coles and suppliers to ensure an efficient supply chain exists through collaborating on forecasting and replenishment planning. You will also be required to achieve DIFOT & Inventory targets and identify and drive process improvements to ensure smooth end to end supply into Coles. About you:   To succeed you must have the following skills: Solid experience in supply or demand planning and forecasting processes within FMCG Knowledge of Coles VRP systems will be highly regarded FMCG analytical experience and a solution driven mindset Able to problem solve and conduct root cause analysis Highly developed negotiation skills and the ability to influence a cross section of stakeholders Intermediate to advanced Excel Others will describe you as results driven, thriving in a fast paced environment, works well both autonomously and within a broader team and enjoys the challenge that a complex product and brand range brings.
