Sales Consultant - VIC

Doors Plus is a family-owned company established in 1989. We currently have 21 stores located across Australia and are the largest seller of doors in the country. We are well known for our No Fuss! Brand. Our company is looking for salespeople who enjoy providing the ultimate customer experience, winning the hearts of our customers every time. This role is available in Springvale.   About The Role: No previous sales experience is needed - training is provided. All you need is a can do attitude , determination to succeed , and enthusiasm .  We are looking for competitive people who want a career in sales . You will need a vehicle and a current Australian driver’s licence. Our measure and quotes and check measures are done off site at customers’ homes. Measure and quotes are commission driven and done outside of showroom hours. You would need to be happy to work most weekends and take days off during the week. About You: Great people skills.  High level of attention to detail . Strong communication skills. Able to build and maintain rapport with clients. Able to effectively time manage a sales process from start to finish. Ability to understand and follow company procedures ensuring transparency, honesty and safety throughout the sale process. Ability to troubleshoot issues promptly while maintaining consistent communication with clients. Benefits: Hot leads and destination stores. Weekend traffic is high, generating around 50% of all sales. Base salary paid weekly, commissions and bonuses paid monthly. High level commissions .
