Job Description: As a Community Care Worker for the Elderly, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our elderly clients. Your responsibilities will include: Providing companionship and emotional support to elderly individuals. Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Assisting with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Accompanying clients to medical appointments and social outings. Keeping accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates should have: Valid Police Check Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors. Reliable transportation to visit clients in their homes with comprehensive insurance. Ability to pass background checks and reference checks. Desirable: Have a relevant vocational qualification such as a Certificate III in Individual Support.
