As a Lead Educator, you will: Lead and collaboratively develop the curriculum with educators, children, and families. Facilitate planning and documentation cycles, including summative assessments and critical reflections. Support the well-being of yourself, colleagues, and children. Actively engage in and role model compliance practices. Lead children's learning and development, ensuring a strong sense of identity, connection, contribution to the world, well-being, confidence, involvement in learning, and effective communication. Implement the Reggio Emilia Approach in education and care delivery. Attend team meetings, special events, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Supervise children actively, guide colleagues in supervision practices, and contribute to a positive environment. HOW WILL YOU DO IT? Hold a Diploma in an approved qualification, Possess a valid working with children check. Align with the educational philosophy of the Reggio Emilia Approach. Are driven to provide outstanding education and care to young children. Have experience leading a room or a team.
