Fantastic team culture and supportive management Highly successful GC Company boasting extremely long term staff Newly created role, you can make your own!   About the Role: Established for over 30 years, our Client is one of the leading injection and blow mould manufacturers in Australia, providing various packaging supplies for the Medical, Building, FMCG, Sport and Recreation, and Automotive industries. This is a newly created role will be reporting to the Directors.  You will be responsible for assisting to use and develop their ERP Software to it’s full potential, in the areas of procurement of supplies, inwards and outwards goods, inventory, workshop scheduling, invoicing and reporting.    We are looking for someone who has strong ERP skills and experience in supply chain processes, who can use their initiative to develop existing processes and procedures.      What’s great about this role: Autonomous role with variety and responsibility Stable Company with long standing employees 38 hour week, Monday to Friday   Duties: Generate purchase orders from planning schedules Organise quality control documentation Manage inventory activities including establishing new inventory items and serial numbers Utilise sales data, forecasts, production history and other information to develop production planning schedules Assisting to develop, set up and manage workshop scheduling and workflow reporting Identifying and assist with the management of obsolete and slow-moving inventory Assist to develop ERP software to enable efficiencies and time and costs reporting for management    Skills and Experience:   Minimum 3 yrs demonstrated experience in production planning within a manufacturing/engineering environment Advanced ERP/MRP and MS Office skills Experience with managing Inventory and Bills of Material Strong communication skills – both written and verbal High attention to detail, and excellent time management skills Ability to multi-task and meet business deadlines Be mechanically or engineering minded  MUST have full Australian working rights and ideally be living in the Gold Coast region   How to apply All applications are to be submitted online – click APPLY.  We will be reviewing applications as they are received so apply today!  Please note only candidates that meet our client’s selection criteria will be contacted.    Job ID: LB12673/2.0 A business with an excellent team and culture
