Intereach is an NDIS Partner in the Community, delivering Local Area Coordination services in the Loddon, Mallee, Goulburn and Murrumbidgee regions. About the Role The position of Local Area Coordinator is responsible for providing planning and coordination for people with a disability to maximise their choice and control over the services they receive and provide access to mainstream services. A Local Area Coordinator also works with key stakeholders to support engagement of local communities and build capacity of mainstream supports to be accessible and inclusive of people with disability and their families.  We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in this fast-paced and dynamic position. In this role you work alongside people with disability, together with their families and carers, to help them achieve their goals and aspirations. This position is full time - 38hrs per week, fixed term 12 month contract and is based in our Seymour Office.                                                                                                                                                                   The role has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award as a Level 4.1 with an annual starting salary of $85,120.36 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
