We do this alongside the Global Marketing Team, surrounded by industry experts and people who care what happens next.We’re looking for a creative and talented Junior Content Coordinator to support our Creative team in writing and producing various types of content that help to build Worley’s brand, expand its reach, and generate leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent writing skills. You’ll have two years’ relevant experience with an interest in content creation and storytelling. And be naturally inquisitive about what Worley does and our purpose of delivering a more sustainable world.What you'll do: Collate, write and edit content primarily for Worley’s website and social channels, ensuring a consistent tone of voice.Support the content team and the wider brand and marketing team in collaborating with stakeholders across the business to create quality and consistent content.Coordinate with key stakeholders for content approval. Work with an assigned member of our creative/studio team to conduct regular content audits on our key competitors across our owned channels, especially LinkedIn.Work with the creative team to make sure all social assets are ready for posting.Support our campaign leads on multiple campaigns at one time.Proactively bring forward creative and content ideas to support our marketing and business goals.Stay on top of the latest content and digital marketing trends and best practices.What you'll bring:Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements: Experience creating content and online experiences across multiple digital channels.Excellent written communication skills (English).Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with experience in project management a bonus.Some understanding of content best practices across LinkedIn, X and Facebook.A team player, but also able to work independentlyDemonstrated experience or a willingness to work remotely as part of a global team.Comprehensive working knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:Required: BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience. Location: All Australia locations are considered, however we would like to look at candidates in Melbourne, Australia as a priority for this role.
