As a Customer Service Representative you must be confident in multitasking, deescalating customer queries and problem solving.You will also be responsible, however not limited to the following duties & responsibilities:Deal directly with company customers either by telephone or electronically across all channels, including but not limited to: Zendesk, Afterpay, Paypal, Social Media, Daily, Weekly, Monthly ReportingMeeting/exceeding individual KPIsFollow company communication procedures, guidelines and policiesHandle & resolve customer complaints, follow up to ensure resolutionSet up & maintain customer accounts, process orders, forms, applications & requestsHelp fulfil customer orders via multiple channels & systems to ensure orders are completeAnswer incoming calls in a prompt & efficient mannerRespond to requests with a knowledgeable & helpful approachLiaise with internal departments to solve customer requests and inquiriesRecord details of inquiries, comments & complaints in the appropriate systemsWhat we're looking for1-3 years in a similar rolePrevious experience in online customer service ideal but not requiredPrevious experience in retail customer serviceProven experience in online customer service ideal but not requiredStrong communication skillsActively seeks and explores customer feedbackProven experience dealing with customers and committed to completing and following processWhat's in it for you?  Birthday leave Competitive Salary One month paid parental leave Referral bonus scheme Opportunity to grow your careerTreat yourself with our attractive staff discount!
