We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com Location: Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush Hybrid Role: 3 days in office/2 days from home We have a new opportunity for a proactive and engaging Program Coordinator to join our workforce management team, where you will support the Group General Manager and team with various administrative and program management tasks. As Program Coordinator you will be a key member, of a dedicated team, established to deliver the solution and associated management capability for other Strategic HR related projects. Key responsibilities include: Planning and coordination of a program and activities relating to Workforce Management Budget monitoring and tracking expenditures/transactions Take meeting minutes, follow up actions and provide status updates across the projects Perform quality control audits to ensure accuracy of data across systems and processes Diary and travel management To ensure your success you will possess: Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant EA/senior administration position Sound knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint presentations and Excel Excellent planning, time-management and organisational skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and efficient Able to demonstrate the highest level of confidentiality, at all times, due to access to highly sensitive personnel and business data / information. Ability to problem solve and think outside the box – creative thinking towards resolution Background in employee relations or human resource management or payroll highly desirable BSc/BA in business administration or relevant qualifications or industry experience.
