This role offers you the chance to step into an exciting technology modernisation journey, working with cloud-based platforms that redefine how they serve and understand their customers. You’ll get to be a part of two cutting-edge initiatives – “Customer Service in the Cloud” (CSC) and “Voice of the Customer” (VoC) – both of which are transforming customer interaction and journey management using AWS and Power BI. What you’ll be doing! Gathering business and data management requirements, shaping BI solutions that matter. Collaborating closely with our experts in data engineering and business intelligence to design solutions using AWS and Power BI. Implementing data models, transforming raw data into meaningful insights, and ensuring a seamless transition of BI products into operations. Developing and fine-tuning reports and dashboards in Power BI that will help visualise complex data in simple, actionable ways. Supporting testing, deployment, and the transition of BI solutions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and delivers real value to stakeholders. What we’re looking for! Experience with data discovery, integration, and visualisation tools – particularly with AWS and Power BI. Strong SQL skills, with an ability to navigate source systems and work within AWS Data Lake. Experience in data modelling, transforming data into easy-to-use formats for self-service BI. A keen eye for detail, ensuring data quality and building user-friendly dashboards. Experience with ITIL processes and strong test planning and execution skills.
