To be successful in the role you will have :

  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in health facility planning and design, and associated business case development processes, contemporary governance mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated high level strategic, conceptual, and analytical and innovative skills relevant to health infrastructure strategy and policy.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management including the ability to lead project management activities prepare tender documentation and engage multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly developed skills and experience in proactively monitoring trends, identifying, and analysing problems, developing, and implementing remedial strategies and exercising initiative and responsibility.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop high level communication, interpersonal, consultation, partnership, and negotiation skills to create a strong client focus, influence the decisions, action or perceptions of stakeholders and achieve outcomes.
