Welcome to Bendigo. About the roleBased at our Bendigo, Geelong or Melbourne Head office this Part time (0.8) role (4 days per week) and one Full time Specialised Accounts Officer positions sits in the Consumer Processing team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that non-individual accounts are opened effectively, efficiently and in line with customer expectations. This includes quality checking and processing applications through the banking system in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements as well as answering queries from internal frontline staff.This is a very autonomous and busy role, but you won’t be alone: you will become part of a supportive and collaborative team environment who are always available to provide you with support or light hearted banter: whichever you need at the time!This role is a hybrid position that will require 2 days a week on site. Please note, this is a 12-month secondment position.Does this sound like you?
