The Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists to join the Corporate Administrative Services Division  as an Administrative Assistant , on an ongoing basis, working in a part time capacity. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the provision of a confidential secretarial, reception and administrative services to the Women’s and Children’s Health Network. In this role you will: Work on a rotational roster within the clinical areas, telephone rooms and the Corporate Admin Services Unit, thus being multi-skilled in all aspects of the Women’s Outpatient Department administrative processes. Perform duties autonomously and undertake responsibilities for more complex duties and decision making in coordination with the Administrative Reform Manager. Provide administrative assistance and support to the Clinical Services Consultant, Women’s Outpatient Department. Be required to perform duties both autonomously and within a team environment undertaking tasks and responsibilities as determined by the Administrative Reform Manager or designated Administrative OP Coordinator. About You To be successful in this role: You will use your previous administrative / clerical experience in providing a confidential secretarial and personal administrative support service  You will have the ability to work independently, as part of team and to function in and promote a multi-disciplinary team approach. You will have Effective time management skills to coordinate and manage workload demands.
