• Construction Supervisor to manage projects in one location in South West Sydney - Campbelltown. Not required to drive between multiple sites.

About The Role

• The Construction Supervisor / Site Supervisor will be required manage the construction of multiple residential building projects in the Campbelltown area
• Maintain site and construction integrity.
• Sites must always maintain a high WHS level, and excellent customer service and communication to clients must be provided.

Duties

• Manage day to day construction activities
• Ensure a high level of quality control
• Manage sub-contractors and suppliers regularly
• Conduct regular and set WHS Site inspections
• Provide regular communication to clients on job progress and advising them on scheduled works
• Proactively schedule and forecast work activities
• Maintain job site integrity regularly including site cleanliness and ensuring all trades and subcontractors have relevant site induction/WHS Paperwork
• Complete inspections on all jobs

Skills & Experience

• Current Drivers Licence
• Current White Card
• Relevant building qualifications
• Experience in residential home construction
• Able to understand and interpret construction drawings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Strong customer focus to ensure the best customer experience
