What is the role? The key responsibility of this role is to provide support and assistance to the Operations Manager by facilitating and ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day operations of the crews and equipment. You will rotate throughout the day between duties such as: Commitment to Safety, Innovation & Continuous Improvement Leadership and guidance of small teams Conducting hazard assessments Reporting and compliance Coordinating schedules and plans Inspire and incentivise high performing teams Ability to train and educate developing team members Planning and conducting toolbox meetings Vehicle and equipment inspections Accurate recording of completed team tasks and overall crew performance Why choose Active? A current drivers’ licence Industry experience and/or qualifications Cert III – V in Arboriculture Operation of Chainsaw Level 1 and/or 2 The ability to work safely ESI Cert II Great, but not essential: White card First aid/CPR MR/HR Truck Licence Who are Active?
