What this opportunity involves: As the Community Ambassador, you will be pivotal in delivering programs that drive employee engagement, sense of belonging, excitement and fun at work that contribute to employee productivity and pride. Based at our JLL Canberra office. Being the first point of contact at reception, your warm and welcoming nature will provide genuine hospitality and thoughtful service to all relevant stakeholders. An Overview of the role: Support the delivery of uplifting workplace experience, community engagement and sense of wellness and well-being at the site. Create a comfortable, welcoming and hospitable experience for employees and their guest. Drive regional initiatives such as user experience programs, JLL systems rollouts, training programs/workshops, food & beverage, wellness, community engagement Coordinate staff activities with the wider JLL team Handle internal & external calls and correspondence. Foster a sense of community and create happiness at work for the team, client and guests. Manage meeting room bookings. Other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by Workplace Manager. Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for: 2 years' experience in Hospitality, Tourism or related professional area Prior experience in managing meeting room services is advantageous Warm and welcoming nature with a passion for creating lasting impressions Highly confident communicator and strong interpersonal skills Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high quality service Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite What you can expect from us: You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
