As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of our region and making a real difference in the lives of young people.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work closely with the Principal to develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with the school's goals and objectives.Provide leadership and direction in the management of financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Lead significant facilities projects, oversee and ensure accountability for school maintenance, develop and implement initiatives for facilities management, asset maintenance and replacement plans.Collaborate with school leadership to identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency.Lead and mentor school support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Engage with stakeholders, including staff, parents, and external partners, to build positive relationships and support the school community.Exemplify strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.Provide strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering quality results and driving continuous improvement.Demonstrate knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to school administration and finance.
