This involves developing clinical judgement, acquiring procedural skills and establishing clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills in order to achieve the relevant outcomes. This will require gaining clinical experience, knowledge and expertise in Obstetric medicine based on the five domains of General Practice as outlined by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP): Communication Skills and the Patient-Doctor Relationship. Applied Professional Knowledge and Skills. Population Health and the Context of General Practice. Professional and Ethical Role. Mandatory : Currently general registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Mandatory : At least two years of clinical experience in Australian Health Service setting. Mandatory : Current RACGP or Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) Pathway Registrar. Mandatory : Demonstrated excellent clinical skills, judgement and expertise in managing inpatients with complex clinical issues. Mandatory : Demonstrated commitment to working within a multidisciplinary team in a complex and challenging environment, with high level time management, problem solving and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Mandatory : Demonstrated interest in pursuing regionally based general practice.
