26 days’ annual leave, including one for your birthday  Be part of an industry-leading supportive and positive work culture Permanent full-time position located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, and Perth Role Join our team as an Academic Coordinator!  In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting senior academic and registrar personnel by providing system-based and administrative assistance. Your responsibilities will include administration of assessments, final grading, data reporting, academic integrity case management, and student request processing. Responsibilities Provide assistance on, and take ownership of, Registrar processes including but not limited to special consideration requests, recognition of prior learning, study plan and enrolment queries, complaints and appeals, etc. Make a contribution toward achieving overall student satisfaction by supporting and assisting academic staff with administrative work as and when required. Ensure submission assessment deadlines are met and all assessment marks are recorded accurately in the requisite systems. Conduct analysis of historical and current academic data. Support the Academic Integrity team with misconduct case management including accurate record-keeping of incidents, timely and accurate advice on process and policy queries, and communicating outcomes to students tactfully and articulately. Provide assistance, administrative or otherwise, in regard to projects that may arise from time to time, such as the development of new courses, course revisions, policy and process changes, and the upgrading of systems. Comply with all company policies and procedures including WHS legislation requirements. Requirements Higher education qualification, bachelor's degree or higher (essential) Minimum 1-year previous experience in a higher education environment (essential) Extremely high attention to detail (essential) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent reporting and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Ability to work independently Data analysis skills and experience Previous experience in education/training delivery (desirable) Knowledge of academic systems such as Moodle, Turnitin and Gradebook (desirable) Experience with academic integrity procedures and case management (desirable) Kaplan Business School At Kaplan Business School, we are one of only nine self-accrediting institutes of higher education.
