Remote Plumber

The Position We are seeking Trade Qualified, WA Licenced Plumbers looking to join the Delta Facilities Management team on a Full-Time basis. We are offering Permanent Ongoing works to Remote WA sites, on an even time 14&14 Days Only Roster. You’ll be joining a small but established maintenance team with positions commencing from March 2024. All roles will be FIFO from Perth Airport with immediate starts preferred. THE POSITION Reporting directly to Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential services in a complex environmentRepair and maintain plumbing, washers, pipes, drainsInstall pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers and water heaters, and fixtures such as sinks and toilets etc.Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaksPrioritising urgent works, meeting rectification deadlines. Actively manage and meet response timesEnsure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice THE PERSON Hold an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in PlumbingCurrent WA Plumbing LicenceMinimum 3 years-experience in Domestic and Commercial PlumbingFull C Class Drivers Licence, White Card & current Police CheckCurrent WAH, CS, HRWL – EWP highly desirableTeam player and able to work autonomouslyPrevious FIFO or remote work experience highly regardedAbility to work remotely on a fly in, fly out basis with an ongoing, permanent roster THE BENEFITS Consistent ongoing maintenance work across a variety of Delta FM Resort Style Village sites WA widePPE, Meals, Flights & Accommodation all included.Site based recreation amenities including Tennis Courts, Pools, BBQ’s.
