Our client is one of the largest Real Estate Offices in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and have an award winning team. In this role, you don't need to have accounts or payroll experience and you'll be provided with comprehensive training and guidance for this stimulating position working with an industry leading brand that prides themselves on their friendly team and great culture. The Role: Conducting fortnightly payroll Reporting and processing for end of quarter and EOFY Completing payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG Preparing and delivering monthly commission statements Sales and rental trust accounting Processing section 27s, settlements, refunds & sales files Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, general administration, accounting and reception tasks as required The Candidate: Has worked in Real Estate and Property before - even on Reception and wants to move up into a new role Outstanding computer proficiency and attention to detail Skilled in multitasking and task prioritization in a high-speed environment Highly motivated, well presented with a positive demeanor Experience with Xero, PropertyMe & VaultRE is highly desirable
