About the role: Our Home Service Carers provide compassionate and exceptional care, ensuring our ageing communities comfort and independence in the familiar surroundings of their own homes through tasks such as domestic cleaning, personal care, cooking, transport social outings, shopping, home maintenance and gardening . Benefits to you: Flexible rosters to promote work-life balance Paid travel between client visits, mileage allowance, plus penalties Shifts available from Monday to Sunday 7am- 7pm Ongoing training support and development Infection control training and PPE provided to keep you and our residents safe To be successful will need: A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or similar) An empathy and commitment to the care of older people Good interpersonal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised Current First Aid certificate or enrolled to obtain Current Drivers Licence, a reliable car with comprehensive car insurance If your application is successful, you will be required to attend our three day on-boarding program.
