The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an AR Receipting Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate receipts allocation and reconciliations of accounts. This is a hybrid role and can be based in Adelaide or Melbourne. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all payment transactions, including payment dates, amounts, and payment methods. Timely reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Direct Debit and Credit Card payments as required. Providing excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Support Accounts Receivable Team with finalisation of Billing where required. Complete daily and end of month bank reconciliation. To be successful in this role you will have:  Experience of 2+ years in a high-volume Accounts Receivable environment Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Strong problem-solving and numerical skills High level of drive, motivation, and initiative Excellent organisation and time management skills Excellent oral and written communication Desirable Prior experience working in a high-volume environment within Healthcare or Aged Care industry Additional Requirements:  National Police Records Check NDIS Worker Screen or willingness to obtain Evidence of work rights What’s in it for you:  9-day working fortnight for real work-life-balance Potential for part-time employment (where required) for the right candidate.
