Customer Services Officer $31.68 p/h plus penalties & super Previous Customer Service Experience Based in Gladstone About the Role We are looking for a Customer Services Officer to be based in Gladstone. This person will be able to develop and maintain a strong product knowledge, seek opportunities to improve processes or create efficiencies within your work area and team. Develop productive working relationships with internal or external customers, Identify, evaluate and recommend alternative service solutions, develop a strong knowledge of customers' needs and a strong knowledge of the company products and services. This role is Monday to Friday for 8 months maternity leave with ongoing work after.
