Repair Centre Manager

We're seeking a Repair Centre Manager for our Laverton North site. This is a full-time, secure position that requires knowledge, experience and professionalism in all aspects of Collison repairs and workshop management. The Opportunity: As a proven leader in the Collision repair industry, you will demonstrate the ability to prioritise, manage and motivate the production team while managing costs, repair times, safety, quality and the overall customer experience. This site boasts a full complement of professional collision repair technicians and is dedicated to developing the next generation, through our Apprenticeship program. Reporting to and, supported by the Area manager, responsibilities will include (but not be limited to:) Organising team and workflow through production. Ensuring quality repair is completed to scope within time frame. Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained. Overseeing and scrutinising repair costs and timeframes. Managing Worksop costs to ensure continued profitability. Coaching and developing staff through our tailored succession planning. Checking repairs are completed correctly at each stage and completing final sign off of QA. Ensuring the site is kept clean and safe at all times for all staff and visitors to the site. Accurate daily and monthly reporting. Expert collaboration and ability to maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Does this sound like you? Previous Collision Repair experience in a leadership capacity Qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly desirable) Experience with Estimating and ability to check and correct quotes. Inspirational leadership and great people management skills A focus on site safety, workflow and productivity A commitment to quality and the customer experience The ability to coach and develop team members to improve capability Experience with platforms such as iBody Shop, Parts Check and Audanet (preferred) We welcome applications from internal and external Applicants.
