Accounts Receivable Officer

This role offers the chance to take ownership of key financial processes while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Accounts Receivable function, ensuring the timely processing of transactions, and assisting with invoicing. You will also play an important role in month-end reconciliations and have the opportunity to improve existing processes. The role offers variety, including covering other financial duties when necessary. Processing daily transactions and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing Handling queries and managing the Accounts Receivable inbox Completing monthly bank reconciliations and identifying areas for improvement Generating monthly statements and processing billings on a regular basis Assisting with other finance-related tasks as needed, including covering Accounts Payable during absences Supporting various business processes, including working with other teams to ensure accurate reconciliation About You: Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage high transaction volumes High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Familiarity with accounting software and Excel If you're an experienced Accounts Receivable professional ready for your next step, we'd love to hear from you.
