It serves customers in all industry segments around the world with temporary air, power, flow, steam and nitrogen rental solutions. Aim of Role: As a Product Manager for Temperature Control at Atlas Copco Rental Oceania, you will play a crucial role in developing and expanding our portfolio of equipment and rental solutions for Steam and Industrial Chillers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify market needs, generate revenue opportunities, define product requirements, and successfully launch new products and features. Key Duties: Ensure a safe and healthy workplace by adhering to Atlas Copco safety policies, systems, and procedures. Analyze current and future market potential for Temperature Control rental solutions and present growth proposals. Identify potential customers, applications, competitors, and acquisition targets within operational geographies. Develop strategies to overcome barriers of entry into new markets/segments. Stay informed about the commercial landscape of the rental Temperature Control market to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Support marketing efforts through successful traditional and digital promotional activities. Develop product and service training material to increase market awareness and team competency. Regular travel within the region to visit customers and handle quoting as required. Manage customer tender opportunities and submissions for Temperature Control products. Identify opportunities for sustainable growth in line with Company environmental targets. Actively explore innovation opportunities in products or processes to maintain leadership in selected markets. Participate in monthly sales and operations team meetings, and conferences as required. Utilize the Rental Oceania CRM and reporting systems, providing regular updates and presentations. What we expect from you: Industry experience in temperature control or HVAC. Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience. Demonstrated sales and operational leadership. Business development experience. Technical aptitude, strong communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems. Valid driver's license.
