On offer is:  Job security Work from home flexibility Supportive team Competitive salary The Role Reporting to a Credit Team Leader Manager, this Collections Officer is a full-time and permanent role with a focus on the following duties: Collection of overdue debts by phone and email Managing payment plans Building relations with your internal and external stakeholders Debtor account reconciliations Debtor reporting Escalating issues to the legal team Your Background To be considered for this role, you will need to meet a majority of the following criteria: Minimum 3 years of debt collection experience from a previous AR/Credit Officer or Collections Officer background Strong communication skills Sympathetic and sincere approach to making collections calls and building relations with your customer base Aged care or healthcare industry experience will be highly regarded  Desire to work in a collection’s focused role on a longer term basis If you are keen to apply for this Collections Officer role, please contact  Justin Wong  at Richard Lloyd on 02 8324 5646,quoting reference  8840  or click on 'apply now' below.
