JOB DESCRIPTION Permanent - Full-time All locations in AU - Hybrid - Manager Our Workforce Operations team within our Financial Advisory business maximises resource sharing and enables the delivery of work to our clients. We are responsible not only for managing utilisation, and workload balance, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And our team is expanding. We’re looking for a Workforce Manager (Tax Lead) to assist in career development and diversity initiatives to help shape the staffing on projects and improve the operations of our business within our vast community of solvers. Use the know-how you've gained in Workforce Managementto grow our Financial Advisory business. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. You'll learn plenty as you work at the very heart of our business to support our teams with dynamic workforce planning and scheduling, in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled. As an expert in Resource Management or Workforce Operations/Planning you’ll support & drive the usage of alternative delivery models across the business. In our Workforce Operations team, you should have the right attitude to navigate complex problems and your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate with your stakeholders effectively. You’ll also: Achieve resourcing outcomes that balance business priorities with individual’s career aspirations Maintain a commercial resourcing lens on our client jobs to ensure an appropriate team mix Analyse data and highlight trends, flag issues and find solutions Manage, coach and train a small team of Workforce professionals It’s time to move forward.
