THE ROLE The Business Support Assistant will provide administrative support to assist with the overall operations and delivery of the Home Care program. The Business Support Assistant will ensure that all clients and stakeholders experience excellent customer service and are treated in a respectful manner. Act as the first point of contact for all potential clients, families, and referrers answering phone calls; triaging and moving them on in a timely manner Collect, record, maintain and review the customer enquiry data through the CRM tracking program, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality Salary will be in the range of $65,549.77 to $71,520.24 per annum, based on skills and experience plus superannuation.
