As custodians of workplace management, you will be responsible for: · Personally look after our clients' employees and guests needs each day by providing a seamless 5-star experience from start to finish · Daily interaction with business unit leaders and their teams · Lobby reception, including access control and contractor management · Reinforce workplace behaviours as an agile work ambassador · Welcome and induct new guests into their workspace · Manage unique break out spaces and meeting points · Troubleshoot basic audio visual and IT concerns · Constantly monitor the workplace for B2B reporting Qualifications We set high service standards, and we require you to demonstrate: · Proven experience in a people centric, client or customer service focused role · Exceptional work ethic and positive attitude · Ability to quickly learn digital collaboration tools and new systems · Confidence in engaging with clients and busy career professionals · Exceptional oral and written communication skills · The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining composure and delivering outcomes of the highest quality · Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation · Desire to go above and beyond for customers · Personable and enthusiastic nature, genuine passion for providing an elevated service and ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment Our commitment to providing a safe and secure work environment necessitates thorough national police checks.
