Select the shifts that suit your availability, whether it be a Day (AM), Afternoon (PM) or Night Shift (NS) so you can decide for yourself how much you want to work. What is the opportunity? As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) & Assistant in Nursing (AIN) , you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by; Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience Provide personal care assistance with daily living Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans Build relationships with our residents and visitors A team player who enjoys having FUN at work Display exceptional time management skills and attention to detail Maintain accurate health care documentation as required We are offering: Weekly salary ranging from $800-$2000 $32.00 - $68.09 per hour* A supportive organization with opportunities for professional development User friendly mobile App with features and functionality, that has the ability to do everything on the go *Pay rate is according to Qualifications What we require from you: NDIS Worker Screening Check / Yellow Card Working With Children / Blue Card (Preferred) Certificate 3 or Paid Experience Updated Police Check First Aid & CPR Certificate Driver's License and reliable transport Fully Covid 19 vaccinated and booster shot would be desirable as per NSW Health Regulations Valid Rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.) Manual Handling and Hoist Training would be desirable Conexson is a leading specialist Disability & Aged Care staffing agency that operates nationally.
