This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time appointments for 6-12 months with the possibility of extension(s). This is an “open-ended” recruitment pool, and as such the following should be noted: The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications, and will assess on a regular basis. Position Profile:  Fremantle Hospital (FH) MHS situated at Alma St Centre provides multidisciplinary Inpatient and community treatment for patients aged 18years and over through a range of services. In addition to continuing care community mental health teams there is also a Home Treatment Team, Assertive Treatment Team (ATT), Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) and Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Team. The Older Adult program includes a Community Mental Health Team (FOAMHS) and an Inpatient Team. Other services include Dual Diagnosis, Wellness Clinic, Hampton House (Step up-Step down service), and Group therapy. The service also provides input to the medical and surgical wards through its Consultation Liaison Psychiatry service.
