Join the Snowy 2.0 team as an Information Management Specialist where you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of Snowy 2.0 information systems. You will also provide advice, configuration, training, auditing and continuous improvement to support project requirements and align with Snowy's information management strategy. We're looking for someone with strong decision making abilities to support information migration and systems integration with the business. This role will also provide strategic guidance and system advice to the document control team. Your key responsibilities will include: Configuring and developing frameworks, strategies and systems to support information requirements and maintain system configuration documentation i.e Aconex. Overseeing the change management process for the Information Management Plan and information management systems. Developing and maintaining the Information Management Plan. Monitoring and reporting on the information management plan and systems and advising on project reporting capability. Overseeing access to information systems and compliance with business and regulatory protocols. Liaising with system suppliers, support teams and account managers for support, issues resolution and capability development. Developing the information migration strategy and managing the information migration process for end of project information life-cycle. We're looking for someone with: A minimum of 5 years of experience in establishing, maintaining & reviewing document control systems, ideally in a technical environment. Strong working knowledge and experience using industry standard document management systems such as Aconex. Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision and degree of flexibility.
